We had a mini blogger gathering last Thu. Three little Monkey girls met up and had a good time playing together.

Qianyi and Chiaki have been friends for a year. This was the first time she met Luoyi. Luoyi is a very adorable girl with thick beautiful hair and sweet smile. This little angel was so happy to have Qianyi and Chiaki around. She couldn’t wait to share all her toys with her new friends. Well, she’s such a nice girl so she got a kiss from Qianyi. :)

Lichin (Chiaki’s mum) and I were very happy to meet Jasmine (Luoyi’s mum) at her place. We mummies had a good chat while the kids were playing together.

Look at the photos below. The two mummies (Jasmine on the left, Lichin on the right) were sharing their views on parenting happily while I was sitting on Luoyi’s bed, busy capturing those happy moments. Hubby was chatting with Luoyi’s daddy in the living room then.

We all had a good time that day. It’s really a happy meeting!

Hubby makes a video call from his work place during lunchtime everyday. Qianyi’s always very happy to see her daddy on the phone’s screen. Actually she’s more excited to see herself in a smaller window.

When she wants to make a video call to her daddy, she would point to my 3G phone and say “Hello Daddy!”. She doesn’t talk to him but would keep showing him her stuff or what she’s doing. Hubby’s colleagues saw her on the screen too and said she’s very cute.

While we were having lunch with my good friend, Apple the other day, we received a video call from Hubby. She was very shy and didn’t smile much before Hubby called. She changed into another person when she’s looking at her daddy on the screen. She just couldn’t stop giggling.

Qianyi’s face has been wounded again. While we were at my dad’s place two days ago, Qiqi (Qianyi’s1 year-old niece) was very angry to see Qianyi sitting on the massage chair. She pushed Qianyi down and my poor little girl bumped into Qiqi’s grandma who was standing right in front of the massage chair. I guess she was trying to catch Qianyi but scratched her face accidentally. The two cuts are quite deep. She didn’t cry but covered her wounds with her two hands immediately. :(

It’s Qianyi’s second performance on stage last Thu. We reached school around 9am. I changed her into her costume. She looked so cute in the firefighter’s outfit.

Hubby and I went to the Chevrons (a theater at Boon Lay Way) first. We were waiting eagerly for the kids to arrive.

The little firefighters were on the stage… It’s Barney’s “fireman song”.

Our little princess was brave and stood there. We are proud of her. :)

Here’s some snapshots of the little Fire Chief with her proud daddy and mummy. :)

According to Qianyi’s teachers,

She follows rules in group games led by older children.

She can take turns with 4-5 other children.

She can work alone at chore for 10-20 mins.

She can play with 2-3 children for 20 mins in cooperative activities.

She’s always eager to help after snacks. She would help herself to the piece of cloth on the table and start to wipe without even being prompted.

They said she’s a good girl. One of the teachers said she’s “obedient”. They said she’s not naughty at all. Wow, Hubby and I were so surprised to hear that during the parent-teaching meeting!

Here’s her class photo and individual photo.
