She had so much fun at her kindargarten’s recent picnic, sigh wonder if she will cope well being so far away soon. Will probably be flying off next week.

Hubby was working on Valentine’s Day but he managed to give me two surprises that day. I woke up after he left home and found my gifts and a lovely card on the dining table. Someone delivered pretty flowers to me later in the evening. It’s a beautiful lily surrounded by lovely white roses. :)

I gave Hubby a surprise too. He thought I would buy him some nice shirts. As we won’t be able to bring our massage chair to London, I decided to buy him a portable massager. Qianyi was a good girl on Valentine’s Day. She let me sit there to test the massager and listen to the salesman’s explanation. She felt quite comfortable in the bodycare shop. This is the first time I spent a few hundred bucks on Valentine’s Day. :)

Hope everybody had a good time on this romantic day! :)

Three men and one woman were here this afternoon. One of them is the supervisor. He didn’t do the packing. They are very efficient packers. It’s all been done in around 20 mins.

Qianyi likes the female packer very much. She watched the lady putting her favourite toys, shoes and books into the big carton. When the lady put her hats into it, she took her school hat out and put it on her head. The lady persuaded her to place it into the carton, or else she wouldn’t be able to use it in London. She put it back. The lady likes Qianyi too. She kept asking if Qianyi preferred to be addressed as “angel” or “princess”. :)

One man was packing our rice cooker, deep fryer, slow cooker and some smaller items. The other man was packing Hubby’s books in the study. Hubby’s bringing quite a lot of books. There were 4 cartons sealed and ready for air shipment.

Qianyi likes their weighing scale. She kept standing on it and placed her two teddy bears there later. She’s 13.8kg only…so slim…

London, are you ready? We are coming soon! :)

Meeting Qianqian’s Mum

Qianyi’s old friend, Qianqian is going to have a little brother or sister soon. I’m so happy for them. We didn’t get to see Qianqian this time because she was at school but Qianyi smiled happily when she looked at Qianqian’s recent photo on her mummy’s mobile phone. :)

Having fun at Terminal 3

We had a gathering at Changi Airport again. Qianyi’s very happy to see Chiaki and Luoyi. They had a good time running around and lying on the carpet. Chiaki and her parents are flying back to Melbourne today. Qianyi seemed to know they are leaving. She kept saying “Bye-bye Chiaki” today.

Visiting Aunty Ming Huei

We visited Ming Huei, my good friend the day before my birthday. She’s the one who sent me to the hospital for delivery. That’s 4 years ago..time flies! Qianyi had loads of fun playing with Aunty MH’s 2 cats. She talked a lot that day. When the cats were hiding under the sofa, she asked, “Where’s the cat? Cat meow meow..” When she wanted to eat her favourite Pringles potato chips, she said, “I eat this one.” When she’s enjoying the ice-cream, she laughed and said, “So dirty!” :)

My dad’s place

We went back to my dad’s place early on the new year eve. We planned to come back on the 11th but Qianyi wasn’t very happy there as there’re too many people and it’s too noisy. She didn’t eat much and wasn’t her usual self. We decided to celebrate her 4th birthday earlier and came back on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year.

Ah, the 3 of us forgot to change into our new clothes…

My dad dotes on Qianyi but it’s hard to take a picture of them. I guess this photo is the best one so far.

Here’s a photo of me and my elder sisters. Two of them are already in their 50s and one’s in her 40s. I’m the youngest. :)

Qianyi turned 4

My girl is 4! It’s her birthday today. I wish my little sweetheart will grow up healthily and happily. I hope she’ll talk more too and enjoy her stay in London. Happy birthday Qianyi! :)
